Joel Fredricks was born in Wilmington, Delaware in 1984. He attended the University of Delaware, obtaining his B.S. in 2006. He studied law at Widener University School of Law and received his J.D. in 2009. While attending law school, Mr. Fredricks served as an extern for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. He was admitted to the bar of the State of Delaware in 2009 and the U.S. District Court for the State of Delaware in 2010. He was also admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey in 2009 and the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2010.
