SARAH BRANNAN COLE was born in Washington, D.C. on June 14, 1979. She attended Bryn Mawr College, obtaining her B.A. in 2001. She studied law at the University of Maryland and received her J.D. in 2005.

Ms. Cole served as a Judicial Extern to Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons in 2004. She then served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Coonin and the Honorable Arlene Minus Coppadge of the Family Court of the State of Delaware from 2005 to 2006. She was admitted to the bar of the State of Delaware in 2005. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

Ms. Cole is a member of the American Bar Association and Delaware State Bar Association. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association Bankruptcy Litigation Committee and Bankruptcy Rules Committee. Her practice is concentrated in civil litigation.
