Beth A. Swadley
Beth A. Swadley was born in Delaware in 1991. She attended the University of Delaware where she graduated in 2013 magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. After college, Ms. Swadley attended the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, she worked on the Virginia Law and Business Review and the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. Ms. Swadley also volunteered at various legal organizations around Charlottesville. During her summers in law school, she worked for the Delaware Department of Justice and for a law firm in Pennsylvania.
After graduating in 2016, Ms. Swadley served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey J. Clark of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware. During that time, she researched various areas of the law ranging from corporate issues to complex civil and criminal law issues. She also assisted Judge Clark in drafting several judicial opinions. Ms. Swadley was admitted to the Bar of the State of Delaware in December 2016.
